My name is Joshuah Joseph, and I graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in May of 2023. My focus was on collaborative research design, presentation and experimentation in social psychology. Promptly following my graduation, I was selected to work as a retail leader with Nordstrom Inc. In this role, I have been able to coach and develop teams into strong business owners and fashion authorities. With this I was able to drive business through the stores and digital selling platforms.

My passions are fashion design/photography, creative styling and project management. My work is heavily influenced by pop art, high fashion advertising, black contemporary artists and many other sources. I have always thought of fashion as a form of escapism- fashion shows, look-books and magazines were promoting an alternate realm that was accessible through garments, accessories and so on. When I shoot I hope to capture a glimpse into a more inclusive, fantastical and forgiving world. The antithesis to some traditionally upheld fashion ideals like unsustainable development, exclusivity and discrimination.
